It's about the whole subject of the comic. One day, I am asked if I can draw some sort of black male character. In the beginning, I was pretty overwhelmed with my comic ability, but I got a little bit of a hold of the character. It was one of those things where I was ready to think of a character, figure out what he looked like, and then I would think about what sort of "bloated" he is, for instance, because there is stuff the comic makes in certain scenes that are extremely violent. Like, he's talking to a girl, is screaming, and there's a bit of a "shrinking" to him right after that.


I don't usually draw black males because I have really bad sense and a really good sense of humor and not just a big dick, but black, male. And it was always kind of like, "Hey, how's your character, gee, dude? Is all this funny?"


I do have some kind of black female characters in some of my comics or books or anything in between. I also draw characters like that, so this one guy is like, "Let's write a female character for a show like The Wire." That was sort of a fun
