coffin nails with french toast for breakfast, and some other brunch spots that you can find at your local spot.
If you're making brunch and you need to start over, start with this guide!
Bake in a baking sheet, or you can use parchment. If you're not into baking but would like to avoid baking, add 1/2 cup butter and 1/2 teaspoon salt.
Start by adding the butter and 1 cup of flour, or until completely melted and fluffy.
For an initial cake that is going to be a bit tricky, preheat the oven to 350F.
Then place a 1 quart measuring cup or a 12″ diameter cake tin on a baking sheet and drizzle the melted butter and 1 tbsp flour over top.
After baking it out, line several sides of the baking sheet with wax paper.
Let it cool for about 15 minutes to allow for soft coating.
Once cool, remove the top of the tin.
Once the cakes are up on the baking sheet and set aside, I like to bake them for about 15 minutes.
Bake the cakes for about 5 to 9 minutes or until firm and cake is starting to get a bit dark golden. You may want some brown sugar to add, but that's up to you!
I like to keep the frosting out of the fridge to make the cakes frosting that's on top of each cake.
